DC Scene Event: Mark Phillips (magician) Cheating at Poker and Other Scams

Today’s blog is all about Mark Phillips: a professional magician whose event Cheating at Poker and Other Scams is just one of the events that take take place during the Capital Fringe Festival from July 19-29.

The dates of the event are as follows: 10 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2 p.m. Saturday,

July 21, 10 p.m. Thursday, July 26, 6:30 p.m. Saturday, July 28, and 8:30 p.m.
